Our simple 4-step process
Once you accept our proposal, we start our 4-step process to coordinate your clinic. Your dedicated client service manager will keep in regular contact with you to help you stay on schedule. Staff will receive email reminders and SMS alerts for their upcoming appointment.
Our Nurse Immunisers stay on site for 15 minutes after the last vaccination is administered in case your staff need them.
1. Finalise your clinic location/s.
2. Request your clinic/s dates & times .
3. Finalise the date/s we offer for your clinic. We always do our best to match your requested times and days.
4. Promote your clinic/s to your staff (email, posters, memos). Staff can book appointments online using the link we provide or you can allocate each staff member their appointment time for them.
