Flu Vaccination Clinics

Safeguarding South-East Queensland from flu in 2024

With the Queensland Government’s recent announcement to provide free flu vaccines in 2024, there has never been a better time to protect your staff from seasonal illness.

For many of our mid-large clients, this means that you could run a workplace flu vaccination clinic at your business. completely free! For our smaller clients, there may just be a minimal clinic management fee charged for our time to coordinate the clinic and travel time for our nurses. Contact us to discuss your business and we’ll help you plan the most efficient clinic possible.

As a family-owned, Brisbane-based company, we are passionate about making it convenient for all Queenslanders to get their flu vaccination.

Protect your school or business against illness-related absenteeism in 2024. Our dedicated client managers will walk you through the booking process to ensure your clinic runs smoothly, with little-to-no disruption to your business.

Organise your flu clinic in 4 simple steps

Upon acceptance of our proposal, we’ll start our 4-step process to coordinate your clinic. We will keep in regular contact with you to help you stay on schedule and staff will receive email reminders and SMS alerts for their upcoming appointment.

Our Nurse Immunisers stay on site for 15 minutes after the last vaccination is administered in case your staff need them.

1. Confirm the locations of your clinic/s.

2. Confirm the dates & times for your clinic.

3. Review the date/s we offer for your clinic – we will always do our best to match the times and days you request.

4. Promote your clinic/s to your staff (email, posters, memos). Let staff book their own appointments online using the link we provide or allocate each staff member their appointment time for them.
